- Working in a multivendor Enterprise Network;
- Be responsible for coordinating the IT infrastructure projects under Control Infrastructure;
- Engage with area's software senior functional result in support on technical strategy and roadmap;
- Close collaboration with software developers, release management team and Global IT department;
- Support and optimize the software infrastructure and toolchain including build system supporting DevOps CI / CD – Jenkins;
- Administer virtual server cluster and containers (Docker, kubernetes and artifactory);
- Administer the Atlassian toolchain (Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Confluence);
- Optimize the support process and lead implementation of automation tools to reduce support tasks;
- Be part of the planning but also have a hands-on approach;
- Meet commitments and deliverables as related to participating/leading projects;
- Candidate will be interacting with clients, understanding their needs and providing technical support to clients;
- Produce and maintain documentation (procedures, knowledge articles, diagrams).
- Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar;
- +5 years of working experience working in a relevant area;
- Proven experience with IT Infrastructure Management (Windows and Linux);
- Proven experience with Jenkins (focus on CI and CD);
- Proven experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, Shell, etc.);
- Experience with Server Virtualization;
- Experience with tools on Windows and Linux;
- Experience with Terraform;
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
- Experience with administration of Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence);
- Experience with Git;
- Experience with configuration management;
- Sense of responsibility;
